Orders are processed and packaged within 7-10 business days of the order date. We take pride in getting our orders out as soon as physically possible. Shipping time may vary depending on current demand.
All orders are shipping via USPS.
Please allow for at least one week of processing times for most products. Some may take up to 2 weeks depending on if the item is in stock or needs to be made upon ordering. If you need your products by a certain time, please reach out BEFORE placing your order.
Waves of Wellness is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If you suspect that your package has been stolen or lost in transport, you can file a claim through the shipping company.
Local orders (OKI/SPT): Please select "Local Delivery" upon check-out.
Due to the intricate and unique process of screen-printing, and all orders being made to-order, screen-printed orders are not able to be exchanged for different sizes. We highly recommend using the sizing chart provided for each item before purchasing.
If there is a problem with your order, please email wavesofwellnessco@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your name, order number, tracking number, which item there is an issue with, and a detailed description of the problem, photos will be needed if items are damaged or incorrect.
